Today we decided to do a review of craigslist.com casual encounters section for our readers. We posted one ad for a W4M and one for a M4M looking for No Strings Attached Sex (NSA) with a face censored photo of a average person, and we got some interesting results to share with you. For the W4M ad, we received over 120 responses from men to our women’s ad in less then one hour! Here are a few of the email responses.
- “hi. it’s a boring day. no action going on today. just wanted to say hi. just let me know if I can help you.”
- “You look cute….what are you thinking about doing today?”
- “When are you looking to get together? I’m available until about 4pm today.”
- “hey hun whats up”
- “Hi, I would love to entertain you today.”
- “Attrractive and discrete here downtown, 32 italian guy. interested?”
- “Do you care that I’m married??”
- “CAN YOU HOST FOR A WHILE??? LOVE THE LUNCH TIME THING 12:30 -1:30″
- “Anxious to know more. WM/ 39 fit sexy d&d free, 7″thick”
- “hey im looking for some fun im bored as fuck and need to unleash some dick power if your interested let me know i will suck your pussy until all the juices are off of it”
- “I am an exotic and attractive man 6 feet tall 180 pounds with 8.5 inch cut dick.”
- “Do you have a number?”
None of these above responses were edited, this was the only thing said in their emails. Of the 120+ responses there was nothing interesting or humorous said to get the ladies attention, just emails from men being to demanding and needy. Also most of the emails sent had pictures of their penis attached, had cell phone numbers, and some were sent from private/work emails. That’s not too smart gentleman, that just asking for trouble.
For our M4W ad we received 5 responses in a twenty four hour period. Two of the responses were spam trying to get us to sign up for some webcam site, while the remaining three were from men offering discreet blowjobs to our male poster. So it seems we have males trolling the M4W section contacting males and offering them anonymous blowjobs.
We then decided to email a few of the ladies in the W4M section. Every response we got back was spam trying to get us to sign up for something, and not from real ladies. The truth is 95% of the W4M post are fake is only used to get emails to send you an advertisement back or to get you to sign up for something. Also the women who are real aren’t appealing.
We recommend you don’t use craigslist.com casual encounters section, stick with sites like Ashley Madison, Adult Friend Finder, or nostringsattached. craigslist is over whelmed with horny men taking advantage of the free casual encounters section. You’re more then welcome to try craigslist casual encounters section out if you don’t believe us, but we guarantee you’ll be disappointed.
After trolling craigslist.com casual encounters section here’s what I’ve learned so far:
- Many men post repeatedly. Almost daily in fact.
- A LOT more men post than women, like a 200 to 1 ratio.
- More young men post then older men.
- Most of the offers (almost all) aren’t appealing – too far away, wrong age range, interested in making a night of it or noncompatible sexual requirements.
- Some men are so obviously lying that I wonder how many who seem sincere really are.
- I gather from some men’s comments that many gay men respond to these ads.
- Young men are more likely to post a picture that includes their face.
Why some men think that posting pics of them having sex with other women wouldn’t make a potential sex partner fear she’ll find herself on Craigslist next week is beyond me. I’ll steer clear of those. Why men bother posting a request for a BJ and nothing else is also beyond me. Who would respond to that? Or the 60 yr olds looking for 18 yr olds.

You’re exactly right about craigslist casual encouters, there just an obscene amount of men who use it and next to no ladies who do use it. To be honest I don’t even think there are ladies who even use it. I have tried mutiple times for nsa hookup and all I get back is spam and old guys offering me bj’s. For those asking if it is possible to meet real people on craigslist I can say it is. What I won’t say is that it is easy. The porn bots and web cammers and gay men are thick in there. I have posted a few ads with very little results. Have only really gotten 2 real ladies. Dated one but were just not compatible and the second we had a lot of fun. I also responded to several but only one turned out to be real and not sending back site invites. That one lady was very nice and very willing. We played many times and still call each other when the need arises. Good luck in everyones search. Ashley Madison, with the membership is worth it. I had much better luck there.
well, there sure are a lot of fakes, gay guys and spammers on there – but there are (a few) genuine girls looking for action. i’ve hooked up a few times thanks to CL and had great experiences… but you need to exercise some common sense and have a finely tuned BS detector – also, sending penis pics is never a good idea. girls already know what they look like.
Maybe I’m just good at filtering spam but I’ve met 3 women in my area on CL in the last 2 years. We had some NSA fun and then moved on……..I have fond memories of all of them. I still “surf” looking for that next real girl.
Craigslist is a poor site if your looking for something, they need to do better. But honestly how mad can you be at a free site? Also this is the internet people will lie. The amount of spam is awesome on craigslist, the “real women” who say for security they should create a profile on a website. Is a funny scam about internet cash nothing more, they collect cash everytime someone signs up through their link. A major spammer on craiglist is based out of British Columbia, they own 2017 domains. All of which are fake names like Aliciakelly.com same girl different names. Owned by four guys who spam CL in order to maximize their percentages. Kip Warner, Mike Short, James Kemp, and the magnificent Eddie Temple are really the W4M in 4 out of 10 cases in Miami, NY, San Fran, and dozens of other cities………….god bless the spammers.

I would have to agree with this study. it seems that CL doesn’t care about what goes on there and it’s too bad. I’ve posted many many times and I specifically say at the beginning of my post that I am NOT looking for any website nonsense nor am I looking to pay anyone’s bills, I have my own. I continually get the same spam crap from the same women over and over and over and over. I even went as far as to post a fake listing saying I was a generous rich guy, just to see who would respond. I got ONE genuine reply from a woman who seemed honest in what she wrote to me. I kinda felt bad when I wrote back and told her what I had done. I find Craigslist to be great for finding car parts and garage sales but the Casual Encounter section is a complete waste. And those ads still get hundreds of replies.
Then men on there will do anything.

I feel a whole lot better to have found and read this artical. I say excelt work and thank you very much to the writer of this colum. in my experiment i answered every single ad i saw i sent out 500 responses in 1 day (my arms were killing me by the end of that day) and i heard back for a total of 0 real women. I to came to the conclusion that causual encounters is a fake. i am so glad its free otherwise i would of waisted sooooooooo much money.
After the craigslist killer, there will be absolutely ZERO real females on the casual encounters section. I have been on craigslist for about 9 years and have met several real girls, but only 1 girl from the casual encounters section….and that one girl responded to my post. She was a real slut and responded to my post (which was a joke, I thought), “Italian jerkoff looking for a slut”. Responding to ads is useless, you have to create your own and hope a real girl is bored and is cruising for exactly what you are offering. You should understand that 99% of responses will be fake….and they are easy to weed out.

I have had luck quite a few times on CL, I’m married and hooked up atleast 5 times within a six month period. Girls do look at the ads, however they are looking for guys that stand out verbally, who seem intelligent. Some guys put ads on there saying “hey lets fuck later I’m a hot dude” and thats it. After reading this thread I fear nobody on here is going to believe me, here goes. I’m a 29-year-old female in Los Angeles who is a normally normal woman, perfectly attractive, employed in the medical profession, highly educated, has had many successful relationships and plans to marry and have a family within 5 years. 3. Be careful with your photos. Now, a cock photo is actually good. If a woman is on Craigslist CE she’s looking to fuck. Show her what you’re working with. Do NOT assume you should only post a photo if you have a giant cock. That really is intimidating especially for a one-night stand where we don’t know how gentle the guy will be with us. That being said, if you’re brave enough, show a face photo, too. If a guy didn’t post one I’d always email him WITHOUT a photo asking to see his face first. Also, seriously? Post an ACCURATE photo. It is so disgusting to show up and be disappointed. Although I do have to admit she’s more likely to go through with the sex at that point. I’ve actually tried casual encounters multiple times and have failed. Too many spammers and some women don’t even respond back. I have on occasion meet a beautiful and legitimate woman and had a descent conversation with her but nothing serious we never meet up or anything. In the message don’t mention anything sexual or references to sex. No pics of your penis unless she asks for one. If she responds back try not to be demanding and don’t talk about sex at all with her until u meet up with her then seduce her. In your messages mention what you do for a living and make it seem your more interested in being friends and going out sometime. Ask her some questions like what she likes to do for fun. Try to write messages that are long not just one to two sentence answers. Women like men who can conversate not just wanna bang and leave. Although craigslist is kinda lame u might have more luck at a bar with women. I’m currently talking to a woman I meet on craigslist she is legitimate, and seems interested.
